Carboniser Machine

The new drum carboniser machine actually has the same carbonization principle as the energy-saving and environmentally friendly auger-type continuous carbon powder production line, and both have the following significant advantages: high carbonization rate, strong production capacity, high cost performance, and strong practicability. The difference is that the main machine is a horizontal drum type, which has a relatively low price and a large processing capacity. It can produce about 1 ton of finished charcoal per hour.

The complete set of energy-saving and environmentally friendly drum carboniser machine equipment consists of the following systems:

2. Working principle of environmentally friendly continuous carbon powder carbonization furnace
The continuous carbonization machine is equipped with a gas generation rate (diesel burner, natural gas flame injection device), flue gas purification system, waste recycling system, variable frequency fan, carbonization furnace, automatic inlet and outlet, automatic cooling and discharge and other equipment
A drying stage:
From the beginning of ignition, the temperature of the combustion furnace is as high as 160°C. This stage is also a dehumidification stage, which mainly relies on the heat and heat generated by external combustion for dehumidification. There is little change in the chemical composition of the logs or other raw materials.
B. Initial stage of carbonization:
This stage mainly depends on the external calorific value, and the furnace temperature rises to between 160 and 280°C. In this case, the wood undergoes a thermal decomposition reaction and the composition begins to change. The ingredients are unstable, such as carbon dioxide from the decomposition of hemicellulose, and a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.
C. Complete carbonization stage:
Temperature 300~650°C. At this stage, the wood material thermally decomposes rapidly, generating large amounts of acetic acid, methanol, wood tar and other liquid products. It also produces a large amount of heat generated by the combustion of methane, ethylene and other combustible gases. The temperature in the furnace rises, and the sawdust generates carbon powder at high temperatures.
