Vertical Carbonization Stove

A horizontal carbonization furnace is a carbonization equipment used to make charcoal from various raw materials. Many raw materials can be carbonized with this equipment, such as logs, waste wood, solid wood boards, coconut shells, fruit shells, bamboo, etc. The structure of the carbonization furnace includes an outer furnace, an inner furnace, a combustion chamber, pipes, and a cover. It is simple in design and easy to operate.

When the machine is working, biomass is burned in the combustion chamber to provide heat to the machine. Afterward, the raw materials will produce flammable gases, including methane, carbon monoxide, etc. These gases will enter the combustion chamber through pipes, and the flammable gases will replace the biomass. Burn to provide heat to the machine. Under the action of continuous high temperature, the water in the raw materials will evaporate and the raw materials will be pyrolyzed into charcoal.

The finished product after carbonization has a heat content of 6000-8000kcal and an ash content of 2%-3%.

The thermal insulation effect is good. The upper part and cover of the machine are equipped with thermal insulation rock wool. The furnace combustion area uses refractory bricks, which can shorten the carbonization time.

The inner and outer layers and frame of the stove are larger, thicker, and more durable.

Pipeline design is more reasonable.
