Vertical Carbonization Furnace

Vertical carbonization furnaces can make a wood log, wood branches, coconut shells, nut shells, bamboo, biomass briquette (sawdust briquette, bamboo briquette), and other hard materials become charcoal directly.

This product uses the principle of pyrolysis to evaporate the water in the raw materials and combine the lignin into carbon. Now during the carbonization process, flammable gas will be produced, which will circulate and provide a heat source for the carbonization furnace. 1. Put the raw material into the inner stove; use hanging put the inner stove into our furnace

2. Fire waste wood or heating gas at the bottom of our furnace to produce a heating resource

3. After 40-60 minutes, open the valve, Observe whether flammable gas is produced at the bottom of the carbonization furnace;

The flammable gas will be circulated through the pipe to the bottom of the furnace to once again provide a heat source for the carbonization furnace.

4. After 8-10 hours, Observe whether there is still flammable gas. If not, carbonization is complete.

5. Use hanging take out the inner stove and cool the carbonized charcoal.
