Stamping briquette machine
Stamping briquette machine is designed similar with eccentric press. The rotating eccentric part connected with the piston presses the raw materials into the tapered die and form into briquettes. Large flywheel ensures quiet and balanced operation, about 270 times per minute. The briquettes get cooled and harden in the cooling pipe, which transmit the briquettes out.
The biomass briquettes made by stamping briquette machine can be used in wood-fired and coal-fired boiler. The length of briquettes can be random or the same. Stamping briquette machine features high capacity, low cost, and high density.


Hydraulic briquette machine
In a hydraulic briquette machine, the raw materials are fed to the compression chamber by the quantitative screw. Then the main piston press the raw materials into the mold and form into briquettes.
The compression process is slow in hydraulic briquette machine, about 6-25 cycles per minutes according to the feed quantity or briquette density. Traditionally, small hydraulic briquette machine has the capacity of 50-300kg/h. The diameter of cylindrical briquettes is 50-75mm, and the length is around 150mm. Currently, the hydraulic briquettes can be rectangle, and the size can be larger. The production capacity is up to 1.5t/h.
Screw briquette machine
The feed screw send the raw materials into the compression chamber, the cone compression screw press them into taper mold and extension mold. The compression screw rotates at the speed of 800r per minutes, and increase the temperature to 300℃ by the fraction and heating process.
The capacity of screw briquette press can reach up to 500kg/h. It is equipped with a small silo, PLC control panel, gas hood, and a saw. It requires uniform and fine materials, whose water content is 6-8%. With such materials, it can make high-density and high-quality briquettes that burn longer than other fuels.

Keep it clean
Clean the machine regularly to remove dirt, dust and debris. Use a soft cloth or brush to clean interior and exterior surfaces. Avoid using water to clean the machine as this may damage electrical components.
Lubrication
Keeping machine moving parts lubricated can prevent wear and tear. Lubricate bearings, gears, and other moving parts using recommended lubricants according to the instruction manual.
Tighten screws
Periodically inspect and tighten the screws and nuts that hold machine parts together.
Inspect the machine
Check the machine regularly for any signs of damage, wear and tear. Check belts, bearings, gears and other components for damage, cracks or wear.
Store properly
The machine should be stored properly when not in use. If in a dusty or dirty environment, cover the machine with a tarp or use a dust cover.
Loading and Preheating The process begins by loading biomass materials such as wood chips, nut shells, or agricultural residues into the Continuous Carbonizing Machine’s feeding system. The machine’s main chamber is preheated to the desired temperature, typically between 280°C and 330°C, depending on the type of material being processed.
DInitial Combustion To initiate the carbonization process, a controlled ignition is performed using a fuel source such as liquid petroleum gas (LPG). The LPG is used to create a controlled ignition source that starts the initial combustion in the main chamber.
Carbonization Once the initial combustion is established, the biomass materials start to undergo carbonization. This process involves the breakdown of organic compounds within the biomass due to the absence of oxygen and high temperatures. As a result, volatile components are driven off as gases, leaving behind solid carbon-rich residues.
Continuous Carbonization Process The key feature of the Continuous Carbonizing Machine is its ability to maintain a continuous process. As the carbonization proceeds, new biomass materials are continuously fed into the chamber, while the already carbonized materials move along the chamber.
Gas Generation and Utilization During the carbonization process, gases are produced as byproducts. These gases, which can include combustible components like methane and hydrogen, are extracted from the chamber. In this continuous carbonization system, these gases can be collected and utilized as a potential energy source.
Cooling and Collection The carbonization process typically takes around 20 minutes for a complete cycle. Once the carbonization is complete, the carbonized residues are moved along the chamber to a cooling section. Here, the residues are cooled using water to ensure safe handling and storage.

Whats Kinds of Raw Materials Can Be Used in Carbonization Machine?
