4. High Efficiency

The corn puff machine is used for puffing 8-10kg of raw material in only 8 minutes.

A. First time use, the empty tank should be heated up to 100℃.

B. Operation procedure: loading material→covered→tighten the cover→switch on→heating

1. Push the right handle of the corn puff machine outwards, and turn the left-hand wheel to make the tank mouth at an angle of 45°.

2. Pour the material, close the gland, turn the opening and closing handle to close the gland, and then turn the hand wheel in the opposite direction to return to the original position, the right side lock automatically.

3. Use a special socket wrench to pre-tighten the center screw of the gland (do not turn it too tightly).

4. Start the ignition, in the process of heating, switch the tumbler switch every 3~4 minutes, change direction, and make the material heating more even. Before discharge materials 2-3 minutes, adjust the thermal power smaller 1/2.

5. Discharge according to the species of material, choose appropriate pressure to fire off (normal circumstance rice 8 kilograms, corn 10 kilograms).

6. Discharge procedure: pull the buffer bracket under the pot→switch off →shut down →lock tight →fire off, the operator has to stand at the right side of the machine and move the opening hand handle with the special wrench. Clean off the surplus materials inside the pot, then continue to produce.
