Products Operation
1. Flour mixing machine
Put the flour and water into the mixer barrel according to the proportion, press the switch and wait for about 3 minutes.
2. Handmade flour
If you don’t have a flour mixer, you can also mix the noodles by hand and mix the flour and water according to the proportion into the dough.
3. Multifunctional pasta machine
Put the mixed flour into the hopper of the commercial pasta maker and extrude them through the screw-propelled die to make different patterns.
4. Finished product
After the above simple steps, you can make various finished flower shapes.

Products Introduction
1. Flour ratio
Use flour with undamaged crude fiber and keep the dryness and humidity of the raw materials consistent when mixing the noodles. The amount of water used is 20%-30% of the flour. About 2% of the flour salt can be added to salty foods, but not to sweet foods.
2. Mixing and aging of flour
Calculate the amount of water first (the water temperature should not be lower than 20 degrees), add the measured salt, alkali, and additives to the water, stir to dissolve, and then gradually add.
Stir in dry flour (preferably using a dough mixer), let the dough fully absorb water, leave it for ten minutes to further mature, and then use the machine to extrude it into shape.
3. When mixing the flour, pay attention to adding water evenly, steadily, and accurately. The mixed flour should be in the shape of small particles and flocculent. Do not make the surface dry and wet suddenly, which will cause difficulties in the extrusion molding operation. If the flour is too dry, it will easily block the mold holes, increase the commercial pasta maker load, and damage the parts. If you find serious adhesion on the knife, it means the fabric is too wet.
