The dough is rolled by 3 sets of dough sheeting roller mechanisms to form a smooth, flat, uniform and well-structured dough. The dough enters the roller cutting and forming part through the canvas conveyor belt and the intermediate buffer conveyor belt. The dough first passes through the printing roller to print the cake pattern, and then passes through the cutting roller that runs synchronously with the printing roller to cut out patterned biscuits.

 

1. The protective grounding wire must be connected before the biscuit machine is operated. This machine uses 220V power supply, and the power cord connected to the machine must not be less than 2.5m. Please connect the power supply and protective grounding wire before using the machine.
2. After starting the trial run for about 5 minutes, the various adjusting rods are adjusted to the appropriate position before material production is started. According to the degree of demoulding of molding, the forming roller adjusting rod and the conveyor belt adjusting rod are adjusted to the ideal state.
