The process begins as the vibratory feeder automatically conveys the materials. The guide rollers then align them into the correct position for precise cutting by the circular blades. A built-in vibrating screen simultaneously separates residues from the finished strips. This machine efficiently cuts kernels into either halves or multiple segments, and it requires the raw material to have a moisture content between 15% and 18%.
