Coated Peanut Production Line

 

This coated peanut production line is suitable for producing flour, sugar, spicy, honey and other coated peanuts. This production line consists of peanut roaster machine, peanut peeler machine, peanut coating machine, coated peanut flavoring machine, cooling machine, and coated peanut packing machine.

 

1. Roasting Machine, Before making coated peanuts, raw peanuts need to be roasted. The roasting machine usually uses high temperatures to heat the peanuts to ensure that the inside and outside are evenly heated to achieve the ideal roasting effect.

2. Peanut Peeling Machine, The roasted peanut peel is hard and needs to be peeled by the peeling machine. The purpose of this step is to expose the peanut kernels for subsequent steps and to enhance the taste of the peanuts.

3. Coating Machine, This is the most important part of the coated peanut production line. The coating machine combines roasted and peeled peanut kernels with coating materials, which usually include a mixture of flour, starch, and seasonings. The wrapping machine ensures that the peanuts are evenly covered in the wrapping material to create a crispy outside and tender inside.

4. Vibration Baking Oven, The coated peanuts need to be roasted again to ensure that the outer coating becomes crispy. Shaker ovens are often used to evenly heat coated peanuts, making them golden and crispy.

5. Seasoning Machine, In order to increase the taste of coated peanuts, the seasoning machine is used to evenly apply various seasonings on the peanuts. Different flavors of coated peanuts can be customized according to market demand, such as salty, sweet, spicy, etc.

6. Cooling Machine, Roasted and seasoned coated peanuts need to be cooled to lower the temperature for packaging and storage. Coolers typically use an air circulation system to quickly cool the peanuts to room temperature.

7. Packing Machine, The last step is to pack the coated peanuts into packages of various specifications for market sale and seal the packages to ensure the freshness and hygiene of the product.
