Roasted cocoa beans enter the machine from a hopper and then pass through the peeling rollers for peeling. Nibs and peels fall into a vibrating screen, where the fan on the screen draws the peels into the shaker. Nibs are then discharged through different outlets depending on the size of the screen mesh.
