The grains are initially suctioned through an air duct to remove light impurities such as husks, straw, and dust. A vibrating screen then separates large and small impurities and grains of varying sizes.

Lighter impurities are drawn into a spiral dust collector for centralized removal, while finer materials pass through the air screen and enter the vibrating screen.

The vibrating screen can remove both large and small impurities and separate the selected materials into three categories: large, medium, and small particles, which are discharged from different outlets. By replacing the screens with different specifications, you can meet the sorting requirements of different materials.
