Charcoal Carbonization Stove

The structure of a vertical carbonization furnace has 1 outer furnace, 2 inner furnaces, and 2 lids, a combustion chamber in the furnace, pipelines, and a gantry crane.

In the carbonizing process, you need to burn some biomass in the combustion chamber to provide heating for the machine. Under the action of pyrolysis, the raw material will produce flammable gas(Methane, carbon monoxide, etc.), the gas will entry to the combustion chamber transported by the pipeline, the gas will burn to provide heating for the machine, and after 8-10 hours, the carbonization process will be finished, you can use remote control to operate the gantry crane to take out the inner furnace and place it. After 6-8 hours of cooling, the carbonization is completed.
