The carbonization furnace has the function of one machine and two uses, and the materials can also be directly interchanged, or it can be made into rods first, and then carbonized.

1. According to the furnace type, there are four-cubic, six cubic and eight-cubic furnaces. The raw material carbon yield is over 40-60%, and the finished product rate is over 95%.

2. It can not only save labor but also save time. One employee can operate multiple carbonization furnaces at the same time, equipped with a power of 1.5km (the power is the fan power).

3. Both wood carbonization equipment and toner production line are called continuous carbonization furnaces. The equipment is also equipped with a gasifier device, and the self-produced gas can be used or recycled.

The sawdust carbonization furnace adopts the principle of pyrolysis or carbonization to remove the volatile substances and moisture in the sawdust through high temperatures and an anoxic environment, leaving solid charcoal.

The sawdust carbonization furnace is mainly used for the treatment and transformation of wood waste such as sawdust and sawdust. The resulting charcoal can be used as fuel, e.g. for barbecues, heating or energy supply in industrial processes
