Feature
Smokeless Carbon Stove:
1. The carbonization furnace is designed with a horizontal structure, featuring a three-layer build with insulating materials in between to maintain a consistent temperature inside the furnace.

Continuous Carbonization Furnace:
1. The Continuous Biomass Carbonization Furnace is mainly used for the carbonization of organic materials such as grasses, fruit shells, and inorganic substances. It can process materials like rice husks, straws, peanut shells, cashew shells, wood chips, agricultural waste, and more.
2. The ideal diameter of the carbonized raw material is less than 25mm, and the moisture content should be below 20%. If the moisture exceeds 20%, the material needs to be dried before carbonization.

2. Newly developed carbonization kiln that can dry materials using excess energy produced during the charring process. It can complete a cycle in 6-8 hours and operate continuously.
3. The smokeless extraction tube recycles the gas flow from the carbon basket during the charring process to continue heating the stove, saving 70% of energy consumption and recycling 95% of the smoke.
4. It can be directly connected to drying equipment to provide additional heat for drying the material.

Working Principle
Working Principles of Wood Sawdust Carbonization Stove:
Preparation
Open the lid of the carbonization furnace, lift out the inner tank, and load the raw material. Then, place the inner tank back inside. Close the lid and seal it to prevent oxygen from entering.
Heating
After sealing, use wood waste or gas to heat the furnace from the bottom. After 10 minutes of burning, when the temperature reaches 90°C, switch to a slow fire. This process will take 60-120 minutes to remove water vapor from the materials.
Carbonization
Continue heating. Once the temperature reaches 180-235°C, the raw material will start producing flammable gas in the inner tank. This gas can be reused as fuel to heat the inner tank. The entire process lasts about 8 hours. When the temperature reaches its peak and no more flammable gas is produced, the carbonization process is complete.
Cooling
Lift the inner tank out and allow it to cool naturally. The longer the cooling period, the better the quality of the charcoal. After about 10 hours, the charcoal can be removed.
To expand capacity, users can connect multiple furnaces into one group, share a single lifting crane, and connect a smoke purification system to reduce emissions and recycle flammable gas. The rice husk activated carbon furnace has its own separate internal furnace with a large volume.
