The principle of the smokeless carbonization furnace is based on the process of dry distillation carbonization, that is, heating and decomposing biomass materials such as wood under air-tight conditions to generate various gases, steam and solid charcoal. In this process, the raw materials in the carbonization furnace are heated through the ignition port, and the generated flue gas is filtered and dusted by the flue gas purification system, and then transmitted to the bottom fire channel of the carbonization furnace through the pipeline for combustion, so as to achieve the purpose of secondary heating and heating, so that the raw materials in the furnace are cracked and carbonized at high temperature to form charcoal.
