Plastic Crate Washer

A water removal fan is installed at the outlet of the cleaning machine. The cleaned plastic boxes can be air-dried to reduce secondary pollution. Water is drained from them in all directions-up, down, left, and right-to remove excess water stains, facilitate drying, and improve the dryness for pre-treatment. The equipment can be designed with a double-row cleaning design, allowing it to meet the needs of customers to clean frames of different sizes simultaneously, thereby increasing the cleaning capacity of the equipment.

1. The circulating box washer has a reasonable water circuit design and low water consumption.

The initial stage involves immersion in hot alkaline water, followed by a thorough rinse with hot water in the second stage. Subsequently, the boxes undergo cleansing with tap water in the third stage, ensuring the removal of residual contaminants. Finally, the fourth stage entails immersion in disinfection water to achieve sanitation. Notably, the hot water tank is adaptable, allowing for both electrical and steam heating methods, catering to diverse operational needs.
2. Employing a hybrid approach, the box washing machine integrates horizontal and vertical water pumps to optimize cleaning efficiency. These pumps exhibit high pressure capabilities, ensuring thorough cleansing while boasting longevity in service life. This combination facilitates comprehensive cleaning, enhancing the machine's efficacy in maintaining hygiene standards.
3. Enhanced accessibility and maintenance convenience are ensured through the incorporation of push-up removable doors on both sides of the cleaning chamber. Complemented by soft curtains sealing the chamber's ends, these features facilitate seamless equipment inspection and upkeep. Additionally, the presence of an adjustable guide rod within the cleaning chamber enables flexible adaptation to accommodate various sizes of plastic boxes, further enhancing operational versatility.
4. Noteworthy within the equipment's cleaning section is the utilization of a three-stage independent circulating water tank system. Each stage incorporates a replaceable secondary filter stainless steel mesh screen, facilitating effective filtration of waterborne impurities. This filtration mechanism promotes prolonged utilization of circulating water resources, mitigating excessive wastage and enhancing overall cleanliness standards for the plastic baskets.
5. The circulation spray cleaning process, facilitated by stainless steel water pumps, ensures comprehensive cleansing by simultaneously spraying and washing the baskets from multiple angles. Furthermore, each water tank is equipped with a filter device, enabling prompt cleaning of intercepted debris as necessary. Moreover, the inclusion of drain valves enhances operational convenience, facilitating efficient maintenance procedures and contributing to sustained equipment performance.
