The initial stage involves immersion in hot alkaline water, followed by a thorough rinse with hot water in the second stage. Subsequently, the boxes undergo cleansing with tap water in the third stage, ensuring the removal of residual contaminants. Finally, the fourth stage entails immersion in disinfection water to achieve sanitation. Notably, the hot water tank is adaptable, allowing for both electrical and steam heating methods, catering to diverse operational needs.
2. Employing a hybrid approach, the box washing machine integrates horizontal and vertical water pumps to optimize cleaning efficiency. Each stage incorporates a replaceable secondary filter stainless steel mesh screen, facilitating effective filtration of waterborne impurities. 5. The circulation spray cleaning process, facilitated by stainless steel water pumps, ensures comprehensive cleansing by simultaneously spraying and washing the baskets from multiple angles.
