The working principle of the crate washer involves high-pressure and high-temperature water cleaning. The high-pressure water pump circulates heated water from the water tank to the spray pipe, which then sprays out from the nozzles on the spray pipe, forming a high-pressure and high-temperature water flow to flush the turnover box and remove dirt from its surface. Except for the motor and nozzles, this machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The nozzles utilize temperature-resistant quick-detachable plastic fan-shaped nozzles. Each group of cleaning water tanks is equipped with a filter device, allowing for the recycling of clean water. The nozzles clean the turnover basket from four directions, ensuring thorough cleaning of its surface. Movable waterproof doors are located on both sides of the cleaning room, with soft curtains at both ends for closure, providing waterproofing and facilitating equipment inspection and maintenance.
