Plastic Crate Washing Machine

The plastic crate washing machine is made of stainless steel SUS304. The equipment features a large cleaning capacity, effective oil removal, and a high cleaning rate. After cleaning and conveying on the mesh belt, the crates are transferred to a high-pressure water spray cleaning stage and then automatically outputted. Once the cleaned crates are output from the cleaning section, they can proceed to the drying or air-drying and water removal section based on customer preferences. The water removal section utilizes blow dryers positioned in all four directions-up, down, left, and right-to thoroughly dry the crates before they enter the drying stage. In the drying stage, circulating air generated by a fan dries the crates from top to bottom in the drying tunnel, with temperatures reaching up to 80 degrees Celsius (adjustable). Following drying, the crates are automatically outputted by the conveyor chain. The standard machine size is 6 meters long, with cleaning conducted in three stages per hour. The cleaning capacity ranges from 200 to 500 pieces per hour, depending on the cleanliness of the customer's crates.
