Domestic medical waste incinerators use the most advanced primary pyrolysis gasification + surround wind co-firing + secondary incineration + burn-out treatment. The design of the primary combustion chamber of the incinerator uses the gasification incineration technology to make the temperature inside the furnace of the incinerator shift from 600 degrees to 900 degrees, and the garbage does not cause frit, slag, sintering, etc. during the combustion process. A secondary incineration burner and a circumferential air supply device are disposed in the secondary mixing combustion chamber.

In high temperature, the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned, and the gas generated by the gasifier can be mixed with the air to efficiently burn, preventing the carbon material in the gas flame from escaping and late burning. When entering the high-temperature combustion chamber, the flue gas adopts the tangential entry and the tangential entry of the combustion air to enter the combustion mode, so that the flue gas can be fully combusted again in the combustion chamber, and the flue gas is removed by the rotating airflow, and the incineration flue gas is in the furnace. The residence time is more than 2s, so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the fly ash are completely incinerated, and the dry exhaust gas purification equipment is arranged in the upper part of the incinerator to adsorb the hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxides generated in the incineration. The odor and other components in the gas are decomposed at high temperatures.
