The principle and working process of the Plastic blow moulding machine
A blow molding machine is a kind of automatic equipment for plastic bottle production. Its working principle can be simply summarized as follows: heat and melt plastic particles, and then blow them into shape by air pressure. The main working process includes:
(1) Injection molding: Put plastic particles into the injection screw of the bottle-blowing machine, and the screw rotates to heat and melt the plastic particles.

(2) Air blowing: After injection molding, inject the molten plastic into the mold and pass compressed air inside the mold to make the plastic form air to expand and attach to the mold wall.

(3) Cooling: After the plastic is formed, the cooling system is used to quickly reduce the mold temperature to solidify the plastic.

(4) Take out: Open the mold and take out the formed plastic bottle.

(1) Food and beverage packaging: Plastic bottles are one of the most common packaging containers in the food and beverage industry.
