Tire Cutting Machine

This tire cutting machine consists of a frame, a rotating mechanism, a supporting mechanism, a tool mechanism, etc. The basic principle is to select the inner ring of the tire as the support point and place the inner ring on the support frame. The tire is firmly tightened on the support frame through the adjustment mechanism of the support frame; low-speed operation is obtained through the deceleration transmission mechanism; the cutting tool is installed on the knife holder, and the knife can be advanced or retreated as needed. While the tire is running at low speed, move the tool and cut into the tire to smoothly cut the tire.

Then turn the tire over and repeat the above steps to cut the other side of tire.
