The front roller has a polished circular groove surface, while the rear roller has a polished serrated groove surface. The two rollers are made of cold hard cast iron, with a hard and wear-resistant surface. The inner part of the rollers is hollow and can be circulated with cooling water according to usage requirements to adjust the surface temperature of the rollers. The two rollers rotate relative to each other at different speeds, causing the rubber to be pulled into the gap between the two rollers for mechanical processing.

Rubber product industry: The rubber powder machine production line is indispensable in the rubber product industry. They are used to crush and mix raw rubber, and make various rubber products, such as tires, seals, rubber pipes, etc.
