1. Infrared lamps adopted in the pre-heater ensure PET preforms are heated evenly.

2. Mechanical double-arm clamping ensures the mould is tightly closed under high pressure and high temperature.

3. The pneumatic system consists of two parts: the pneumatic acting part and the bottle blowing part, in order to meet different requirements for both actions. It provides sufficient and steady high pressure to blow large, irregularly shaped bottles.

4. Equipped with a silencer and an oiling system to lubricate the mechanical parts of the machine.

5. Operated step-by-step and in semi-auto mode.

1. The oven adopts an infrared rotary heating design, where the infrared effectively penetrates the heated preforms to ensure uniformity of the molded bottles.
2. The oven features a dual cooling design with both air and water cooling to prevent deformation of the preform neck during heating, effectively ensuring no leakage at the bottle neck after molding.
3. It adopts a high-strength new-type hyperbolic double-arm mold locking structure, providing strong clamping force.
4. Controlled by a microcomputer, the equipment operates with high precision.
5. Simple and convenient to operate and maintain.

Application: Suitable for blowing various wide-mouth bottles, oil bottles, carbonated drink bottles, mineral water bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetic bottles, high-temperature resistant tea beverage bottles, and plastic bottles of any geometric shape.
