Notes on operating the plastic crusher:
1. The plastic crusher and power unit must be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on the cement foundation; if the plastic crusher needs to be mobile, the unit should be installed on a base made of angle iron, and the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and plastic The pulley grooves of the crusher are in the same plane of rotation.
2. After installing the plastic crusher, check the tightening condition of each fastener and tighten it if any is loose. Also check whether the belt tightness is appropriate.
3. Before starting the plastic crusher, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammers and rotor are running flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction pointed by the machine arrow, and whether the power machine and Is the plastic crusher lubricated well?
4. Do not replace the pulley casually to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to too high a rotating speed, or too low a rotating speed affecting the working efficiency of the crusher.
5. After the plastic crusher is started, it should be kept idling for 2 to 3 minutes, and then feeding can be started after there are no abnormal phenomena.
6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at all times during work. First, the material must be fed evenly to prevent the crushing chamber from being blocked; secondly, do not overload the work for a long time. If any vibration, noise, excessive temperature of the bearings and body, or material spraying are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault can be eliminated before continuing to work.
