The Waste Tire Block Cutting Machine is designed for recycling used tires by cutting them into sidewalls and treads, which can then be processed into strips or blocks. The operator simply places the tire on the rotating disc platform and turns the central handwheel, which secures the tire firmly with the four-jaw clamp. Once the power is switched on, the platform begins to rotate, and the cutting blade can be applied step by step until the sidewall is completely separated. The blades are made of high-grade carbide, ensuring exceptional hardness, durability, and long-term reusability.

The Waste Tire Block Cutting Machine works in combination with a tire circle cutter, strip cutter, block cutter, and bead separator to efficiently process used tires. This cutting system is capable of reducing tires into 3–5 cm rubber blocks, which can then be further processed into rubber powder or granules in the next stage of production.
