1) When the operator is filling, he must be careful not to let any debris into the material, and control the temperature.
If the material does not form strips and sticks to the die head when the machine is turned on, it means that the temperature of the die head is too high. It will normalize after cooling down for a while. Generally, there is no need to stop the machine.
3) The water temperature should generally be between 50---60℃. If it is too low, it will easily break, and if it is too high, it will easily stick. It is best to add half of the hot water when starting up the machine. If there is no condition, people can transport it into the pelletizer for some time during pelletizing. After the water temperature rises, let it cut into pieces automatically to avoid strip breakage. After the water temperature exceeds 60°C, cold water needs to be added to the inside to maintain the temperature.
4) When cutting the granules, the strips must be evenly stretched before feeding into the mixing roller, otherwise the granulator will be damaged. If the exhaust holes are leaking out, it proves that impurities have blocked the filter. At this time, the machine must be stopped quickly to replace the mesh. The mesh can be 40---60 mesh.
