Its primary purpose is to melt foam and crush it into small pieces, including fast food boxes, cake boxes, foam packaging, insulation materials, contaminated white membrane garbage, and other waste foam products. Simultaneously, it blows the crushed foam particles into the foam granulator, achieving automation and significantly reducing manual labor while increasing output to a certain extent. It serves as the ideal crushing equipment in the foam granule machine production line.

1. Convenient transportation: The foam lump machine crushes waste foam, then heats and plasticizes it with the screw, squeezing it into a lump shape for easy transportation.

The main component of the EPS melting machine is the extruder, which consists of an extrusion system, a transmission system, and a heating system. Unlike traditional crushers, this machine has been improved to feature horizontal crushing, making it versatile and suitable for various sites (even flat ones). The crescent blade automatically feeds the material, and the crushing chamber contains a moving knife on the main shaft and a fixed knife, ensuring quick material discharge without pipe blockage. This feature saves time and effort during production.
