Products application
1. The plastic raw materials are first made into bottle preforms, and then blown. Today, environmentally friendly plastics made of PET are commonly used.
The bottle (embryo) is irradiated with an infrared high-temperature lamp to heat and soften the bad part of the bottle (embryo). In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the mouth does not need to be heated, so a certain cooling device is required. Cool it down.
2. Bottle blow molding: In this stage, the preheated bottle preform (embryo) is placed into the already prepared blow mold and high-pressure gas is charged inside it. Blow and stretch the bottle (embryo) into the desired bottle.
