PET bottle crusher: This machine is suitable for crushing all kinds of small and medium-sized plastic sheets:
1. It is capable of crushing and recycling ABS, PE, PP boards, and other similar materials.
2. The uniquely designed rectangular feeding port facilitates the input of long plates, improving work efficiency. Additionally, an optional suction fan and storage bucket can form a plate crushing and recycling system to maximize recycling efficiency.
3. Sealed bearings ensure long-term smooth rotation, while the knife shape is carefully designed for even granulation. The heat-shrunk knife base provides both functionality and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

1. The plastic crusher should be placed in a ventilated position to ensure that the motor's working heat is dissipated, thus extending its life.
2. Lubricating oil should be regularly added to the bearings to ensure proper lubrication between them.
3. Check the tool screws regularly. After using the new plastic crusher for an hour, use tools to tighten the screws of the moving knife and the fixed knife to strengthen the fixation between the blade and the tool holder.
4. To ensure the sharpness of the cutting tool, the tool should be frequently checked to ensure its sharpness and to reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by blunt edges.
5. When replacing the tool, the gap between the movable knife and the fixed knife should be 0.8MM for crushers above 20HP and 0.5MM for crushers below 20HP. The thinner the recycled material, the gap can be appropriately increased.
6. Before starting for the second time, any remaining debris in the machine room should be removed to reduce starting resistance. The inertial cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly, and the ash outlet under the flange should be cleared, as the powder discharged from the plastic crusher chamber enters the rotating shaft bearing.
7. The machine should be properly grounded.
8. Regularly check whether the plastic crusher belt is loose, and tighten it if necessary.
