Products Application

Products Process
Preheating: The PET pellets are heated to a molten state through the heating system, making it a molten state that can be blown.
Blowing: Molten PET particles are injected into the mold through high-pressure gas, causing them to expand into the shape of the mold and form a preliminary bottle shape.
Cooling: Rapid cooling and shaping to ensure the bottle maintains a stable shape.
Removal: The formed bottles are removed from the mold and sent to the subsequent packaging production line.
