Products Description
The Tire Steel Wire Separator is designed to efficiently extract the high-tensile bead wires embedded in the sidewalls of waste car and truck tires before the shredding process. Here's how it works:
1. Manual Tire Loading:
The operator places the pre-cut tire bead (typically processed by a tire sidewall cutter or bead cutting machine) into the feeding area between the rollers.
2. High-Powered Roller Pulling System:
The machine is equipped with two or three heavy-duty rollers driven by a powerful motor (e.g., 18.5 kW). The rollers firmly grip the tire bead and pull it through the machine.
3. Efficient Steel Wire Separation:
As the tire bead passes through the rollers, a specially designed separating device applies pressure to separate the embedded steel wire ring from the surrounding rubber material.
4. Independent Material Collection:
The extracted steel wire is discharged as a continuous or semi-continuous loop for easy collection and recycling. The remaining rubber is discharged separately for further processing.
