PE/PP Plastic Film & Woven Bag Recycling Pelletizing Line

1. The PE/PP Plastic Film & Woven Bag Recycling Line is specially designed for recycling waste PE (including LDPE and LLDPE) films, shopping bags, PP woven bags, PP cement bags, jumbo bags (FIBCs), and other soft plastic materials.

2. Contaminated plastic waste is processed through crushing, washing, drying, and collection to produce clean plastic flakes suitable for pelletizing. We also offer complete plastic pelletizing lines to convert the cleaned flakes into high-quality recycled plastic pellets. These recycled pellets can be further processed into plastic buckets, pipes, crates, agricultural tools, mechanical components, and many other plastic products through extrusion molding. They are widely used in agriculture, construction, manufacturing, and daily household applications, helping maximize plastic recycling while protecting the environment.

The plastic recycling process generally consists of two stages: size reduction (crushing) and melt pelletizing. This article focuses on the crushing stage. Different types of plastic require different recycling solutions. For example, lightweight PE materials such as plastic films are typically processed through crushing, washing, and dewatering. In contrast, the recycling process for PET bottles is more comprehensive. If the bottles are delivered in compressed bales, they must first be separated using a bale breaker. The bottle labels are then removed by a label remover before crushing. For bottles with strong adhesive labels, additional hot washing and friction washing systems are recommended to ensure complete adhesive removal. The material is then rinsed with clean water, dried, and finally passed through a sorting system to achieve a material purity of up to 99.99%.
