Products Application
Common hard plastic materials: The plastic bucket crusher can process sprues and sheets of hard plastics such as ABS, PC, acrylic, and rigid PVC. Examples include PVC pipes, ABS appliance casings, and PP storage boxes. These materials have high hardness but are brittle, making them suitable for coarse blade crushing.
Large hard materials: Plastic buckets, appliance casings, plastic pallets, rigid pipes, and other large hard materials.
Products Feature
1. The feed inlet has a water inlet to wash away mud and impurities, reduce blade temperature, pre-clean the plastic, and extend blade life.
2. The blades of the plastic bucket crusher are made of 60Si2Mn, which has high hardness. They are typically sharpened every ten tons of material processed, or every 2-3 days, to ensure normal machine operation.
3. There are a total of 10 blades: 6 moving blades and 4 fixed blades. The distance between the moving blades and the fixed blades is generally 1.5-2mm.
4. The screen mesh size is 24mm, but can be customized to meet customer requirements, specifying the desired size of the plastic sheets. The screen allows for size control; oversized fragments are automatically returned for secondary crushing.
5. For easy blade replacement and maintenance, the feed inlet is movable, allowing for manual or hydraulic opening depending on budget.
