Industrial Wood Chipper

This industrial wood chipper consists of the body, knife roller, upper/lower feed roller, belt conveyor, and hydraulic system.

The industrial wood chipper series is specialized equipment widely used in particle board factories, high-density fiberboard production, stubble and biomass power plants, wood processing industries, and manufacturers preparing materials before production. The product features an advanced structure, high-quality materials, efficient cutting, light adaptability, and convenient operation and maintenance. The primary raw materials include wood, branches, slabs, logs, and waste veneer. It can also cut non-wood materials such as sugar cane, reed, and bamboo.

1. The machine adopts high-strength steel plates welded together as the supporting basis for the entire machine. Two, three, or four throwing knives are installed in the knife roller. Specially manufactured fly-knife bolts are used to fix these fly-knives on the knife roller through the pressure block. Depending on the thickness of the cutting materials, the upper feed roller can fluctuate within a certain range with the aid of the hydraulic system. Qualified wood chips fall through the sieve holes and are discharged from the bottom, while larger wood chips will be cut further within the machine.

Suitable raw materials include logs, wood branches, wood bark, waste wood from furniture and sawmill plants, construction plates, and waste pallets.

The industrial wood chipper primarily relies on blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact and collision. The material to be crushed enters the crushing chamber through the conveying equipment, where it is struck by high-speed rotating hammer blades, and then conveyed through the sieve holes to be discharged through the outlet at the base.

The industrial wood chipper is mainly used to crush various materials to achieve the required particle size. These materials include but are not limited to, stone, ore, construction waste, waste wood materials (such as waste packaging boxes, templates, boards, branches, wooden boxes, pallets, etc.), silage (such as corn stalks), logs, and more. It is suitable for customers with large processing requirements and a substantial amount of materials.
