Products Description

Process flow
Raw milk reception (storage) → homogenization → pasteurization (pre-cooling) → injection into cheese tanks
(Adjust acid, add calcium chloride, add starter, add rennet, curd, cut, heat and stir, discharge whey) → → mold into → salt → vacuum packaging → mature.
