Products Description
This cosmetic tube filling and sealing machine operates on a cam-driven indexing system that moves the working table in precise, intermittent steps. Equipped with 8 or 10 tube stations, the machine performs a fully automated workflow once tubes are manually loaded. It automatically orients the tubes, fills them with product, heats the inner and outer layers, seals the tail, embosses the code, trims the ends, and delivers the finished tubes.
The plunger-based filling system ensures accurate dosing, while the heating process remains stable and adjustable for consistent sealing quality. The sealed tube tail is smooth, neat, and evenly trimmed. The machine runs with excellent stability and produces virtually no noise or contamination during operation.
All product-contact parts are made from high-grade stainless steel-either 304 or 316L-and feature quick-release components for easy removal and cleaning.
For materials that require temperature control, an optional heating and insulation unit can be added to the feeding hopper.
