The working principle of this belt sunflower seed roaster machine is to heat the cold air entering the furnace from the outside through a hot air furnace or electric heating system, and then extract the hot air through the work of the exhaust fan and send it into the drying pool. After the pneumatic valve is opened and closed, the corner box is opened, and the peanuts fall to the lower layer by their own weight for high-temperature roasting. After drying, the peanuts are put into the discharge hopper through the pneumatic valve, and then transported to the next process via the conveyor belt. At the same time, add peanuts to the upper layer to avoid the loss of spice flavor during high-temperature baking and improve the utilization rate of spices. There is an observation window on the lower floor of the drying box, making it easy to observe the status of peanuts.
