1. The continuous roaster machine is composed of a frame, a conveyor belt, a heating device and a thermal circulation device. The upper hopper in the front section of the equipment has a gate to control the thickness of the material layer.
2. Choosing the appropriate material layer thickness according to the breathability characteristics of different materials can effectively ensure the uniform penetration of hot air.
3. The driving drum of the continuous roaster's transmission belt is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, and the operating speed can be adjusted in a wide range. The baking degree of the material is controlled mainly by the operating speed of the continuous roaster machine.
4. The heating device and thermal circulation device generate uniform circulating hot air in the oven. Hot air penetrates the material upward from the lower part of the mesh belt and then passes through the heating element to supplement heat energy. The temperature controller can realize automatic temperature control.
