Industrial Coffee Roasting Machine

 

 

The industrial coffee roasting machine uses a far-infrared ceramic inner pot. The surface of the inner pot is made of plasma-sprayed far-infrared ceramic. The far-infrared rays emitted can directly penetrate the coffee beans for heating. The inner and outer ceramic coatings provide an extra layer of protection for the coffee beans, even under high-power roasting conditions. The ceramic layer can also effectively isolate harmful high temperatures, reduce the burnt bitterness produced during roasting, and restore the flavor of the coffee itself.

 

1. Roast raw coffee beans in a roasting barrel and cool them in a cooling tray.
2. Start the industrial coffee roasting machine, run the baking barrel, run the hot air fan, turn on the fire button, and preheat the machine. During the preheating stage, the heater heats the baking barrel and the air at the same time, and then introduces the hot air into the baking barrel.
3. After reaching the predetermined preheating temperature, the coffee beans enter the roasting barrel from the feeding hopper. The roasting barrel and hot air work together to heat the green coffee beans until they reach the end of roasting temperature.
4. When the roasting end temperature is about to be reached, start the cooling plate, cooling fan, and stirrer.
5. Manually pour the coffee beans into the cooling plate, stir with a stirrer, and use a cooling fan to cool the coffee beans.
6. After cooling is completed, open the bean outlet to pour out the coffee beans, and close the cooling plate bean outlet.
7. The roasting stage and cooling stage can be carried out at the same time.
