1. The sesame washing and peeling machine has a vertical structure, fully utilizing internal space. It is small in size, simple in structure, beautiful in appearance, easy to operate, and has a low maintenance rate.

Products Operation
1. Place the machine stably and ensure it is level. Before turning on the machine, check the power cord's condition and test its operation.
2. Wash and peel the sesame seeds, then place them into the bucket. Add a small amount of caustic soda and hot water, and soak the sesame seeds for a few minutes. Then start the device. The reducer drives the mixer to rotate, circulating the sesame seeds and soaking liquid evenly and thoroughly due to the composite mixer's structural characteristics.
3. Peeling process: The relative friction between the stirrer and the sesame seeds, as well as among the sesame seeds themselves, separates the seeds and kernels, achieving the purpose of peeling.
4. Peel and kernel separation process: Utilizing the separator's heat preservation effect, the sesame seeds are discharged through it, while the sesame kernels are retained, achieving the purpose of separating the sesame peel and kernels.
