1. Manual Positioning of Cacao Pods: When the work begins, the operator needs to place the cacao pods one by one at a fixed position on the conveyor belt. This step is the starting point for machine operation and ensures that the cocoa pods enter the machine sequentially.

2. Cutting Stage: Once the cacao pods are accurately placed, they are sent to the end of the conveyor belt where there is a precise cutter. The cutter rapidly cuts through the cacao pod, splitting it in half.

3. Drum Separation: After cutting, the two halves of the cocoa pod enter a drum. The drum begins to rotate continuously, and this action helps separate the cacao beans from the pods.

4. Collection of Cacao Beans: The rotating motion in the drum helps to separate the cocoa beans from the pod shells. These separated cocoa beans are then collected and prepared for further processing.
