1. Be familiar with the working principle of the machine and the structure and function of each part.
2. Operators should wear tight-fitting work clothes, do not open cuffs, do not wear gloves, wear protective caps and dust masks, and must concentrate during operations.
3. Before use, please fill the cycloidal pinwheel reducer installed on the auger with 46# engine oil according to the label.
4. Please completely remove the rubber ring on the ventilation cap of the machine reducer as shown in the figure when using it.
5. Prepare the grinding material: 10 kilograms of raw materials + 3 kilograms of waste engine oil + 2 kilograms of fine sand and mix thoroughly.
6. Find a professional electrician to correctly connect the power supply according to the code on the electric control box.
7. After the power connection is successful, first turn on the circulating oil pump switch. After the oil circulates normally, turn on the machine granulating switch. Don't rush to feed at this time. Wait until you hear a "bang" and the machine starts successfully for the second time and then feed and mix at a constant speed. The machine grinds the abrasive material repeatedly for 40 minutes until the inner hole of the template is smooth before normal production can begin.
8. Before each production is completed, please use oil to throw out the remaining particles in the hole to prevent the hole from being blocked.
