Introduction

The salt collector is a combined salt collector that combines salt collection and transportation. The machine is powered by a diesel engine and adopts sequential drive and rear steering, and the mechanical hydraulic lift of the rake head. The front part is equipped with rake head, auger and scraper hoist. There is a belt conveyor on the right side. The salt collected by the rake head and the auger is lifted by the scraper to the belt conveyor, and then transported by the belt to the matching salt truck.

This machine is suitable for crystallization ponds in sea salt areas, with an area of not less than 1,000 square meters. The pressure on the bottom of the pond is not less than 1.5 kilograms per square centimeter, and the thickness of live ballast is about 20 centimeters. It is used in salt fields.

The working principle of the salt collector
