The silage harvester is a fully automatic small and medium-sized suspended animal husbandry machine for silage. It is small in size, light in weight, and easy to operate. Only one person is needed to drive the tractor, and it can automatically perform a series of actions such as feeding, cutting, and transporting the whole plant on the spot. The supporting power ranges from 30 to 100 horsepower, with small-scale operations covering 30 to 50 mu per day and medium-sized operations covering 50 to 90 mu per day. The stubble height is adjustable from 5 to 15 cm, and the cutting length ranges from 2 to 5 cm. This machine can complete the cutting, harvesting, chopping, throwing, and loading of corn stalks, cotton stalks, pasture, and other crop straws.

Silage harvester product features:

The machine consists mainly of a suspension part, a variable speed transmission part, a cutting, kneading, and crushing part, recycling and conveying parts, and fan blades. The traction power is transmitted to the gearbox through the universal joint, increasing the speed by 1:2.5 to ensure effective cutting and air delivery. After the straw is crushed by the high-speed rotating cutting and crushing part, it is conveyed to the wind blade part by the screw and blown to the random transport vehicle.
