The hydraulic oil transmission system can automatically circulate oil between the gearbox and the main shaft bearing. It consumes less, has a reasonable structure, and is economical and durable.

1. The machine must be safely grounded. When inspecting the machine, disconnect the main power supply first.
2. The moisture content of raw materials should be controlled at 15%-20%
3. During production, the motor must be started without load before it can work. Inversion of direction is strictly prohibited.
4. It is strictly forbidden to open the machine door cover at will during the production process, and do not put your hands into the granulation room. The machine will generate high temperatures after work. Do not contact your body with the machine to prevent safety accidents.
5. Check and remove the metal on the magnetic separator at the entrance at any time during work, pay close attention to the working situation, and shut down the machine in time if any abnormalities are found.
6. The pressure wheel bearing should be filled with high-temperature grease at least twice a day.
7. When the machine is not used for a long time, the material inside the mold should be thrown out and applied with anti-rust oil.
