Work Efficiency
The experimental part of the function is calculated based on the number of mealworms that can be processed continuously for one hour after the machine is turned on. The mealworms can process approximately 800 kilograms of insect droppings, peels, impurities, and vacuuming at one time.
All functions of the experiment are calculated based on the number of barley worms and yellow mealworms that can be processed continuously for one hour. The processing includes insect droppings, skin removal, impurities, vacuuming, live insects, immobile insects, large insects, small insects, pupae, etc., totaling approximately 300 pounds.
Additionally, 10 people worked non-stop for one hour to process sand sifting, size separation, skin removal, pupae, and dead insects. The results of one hour's work were 700 kilograms of sand sifting, 300 kilograms of size separation, and 500 kilograms of skin removal for mealworms. There were also 100 kilograms of pupae and dead insects, and the environment was seriously polluted, with insect skins and dust flying everywhere.

For example, if you only want to carry out daily sand screening, peeling, impurity removal, and vacuuming, without needing to separate large insects, small insect pupae, and dead insects, then use the control keys to select the desired function for this part.
b. After reaching the 8th instar, there will be more mature insects, and some dead insects may appear. At this point, the speed of the separation cloth belt and the screening speed can be adjusted according to the insects' condition. Robust insects will be quickly screened out first, then the speed can be reduced to carefully screen old and disease-carrying insects, allowing better sorting of live insects among the immobile ones.
c. The screen can be pulled out and replaced freely, and the casing can be opened like a door.
