The production and emission quality will only be achieved after the machine components are grounded

The reason for similar problems may be that the surface finish of the first grinding disc is not good. After grinding the disc with abrasives or after using it for a period of time, the output of the pellet machine will reach normal output.

If the moisture content of the feed is not properly controlled, it will affect the output of the pellet machine. The moisture in the raw materials should be controlled at 13%-20%, because the pellet machine has the function of drying and solidifying, and the moisture in the raw materials is lost during the pressing process of the pellet machine. The granules dried by the granulator can be bagged after drying at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
