The method for evenly heating the grain dryer: The air brake of the grain dryer should be properly controlled and ventilated. When the ventilation rate is too high, the air brake should be lowered in a timely manner to ensure that the entire firing zone operates in a positive-pressure environment. The rear air should be reduced. After lowering the air brake, the dry fuel with low water content should be added to the grain dryer. After the temperature inside the grain dryer is normal, the air brake should be gradually increased to open the front fire and ventilate the grain dryer to accelerate the burning of fuel, improving the heat inside the grain dryer equipment. When the ventilation rate is too low, it is necessary to increase the height of the air brake so that the front of the sintering belt is in a negative pressure environment and the rear is in a positive pressure environment for material calcination. Adhere to the intake air volume of insulation and cooling directions together to improve the incineration quality and heat exchange power of fuel, and eliminate the phenomenon of underfire in the grain dryer.
