Corn Grinding Mill

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the door is closed tightly. When closing the door, tighten the wheel and position the bolts.
2. Connect the water cooling device. Ensure sufficient water supply, and it is strictly prohibited to cut off water during operation.
3. During installation, turn on the power and electrically check whether the motor rotation direction is in the direction indicated. If not, please adjust the motor junction box wiring. 
4. When the motor rotation direction is correct, start the machine and run it idling for 30 minutes to check the lubrication condition. Add lubricating grease in time. Check and replenish lubricating grease regularly.
5. Run empty for a few minutes before feeding, then slowly and evenly add the material. Do not fill the hopper, and pay attention to whether the current is overloaded to prevent damage to the equipment.
6. If there are any adverse conditions such as huge vibration or noise during operation, shut down the machine in time for inspection.
7. Always keep machine parts lubricated and clean, and repair or replace them promptly if any faults or defects are found.
