(1) Preparation before start-up: Corn peeling generally adopts the wet peeling method, which requires the water content of the

incoming corn to reach 16-17%, and the moistening time is about 10 minutes. It is only necessary to moisten the lower epidermis.

Otherwise, stuffy traffic should occur.
(2) Running and stopping: After the machine is running normally, open the feeding plate, and control the material flow at the feeding

port according to the power load. During operation, if any abnormal sound is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

When the stuffy car phenomenon occurs, the feeding plate should be closed, the motor wheel should be slowly turned by hand,

the corn in the cabin should be removed, and the machine should be turned on again.
